At ACE Endodontics, we are committed to providing exceptional care at a reasonable cost. To ensure transparency and convenience, please review our financial policies below.
Patient Billing
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3% merchant fee.
There is no surcharge for debit cards, HSA, or FSA cards.
We also offer flexible payment options through Cherry and CareCredit. We highly recommend completing your application from home prior to your appointment to expedite your visit.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Insurance and Account Responsibility
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks.
If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact our office.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.
